2003 Production of "Scrooge"
Fundraiser for the Carlos Straight Memorial Scholarship
Because of the efforts of cast and crew JEMS will be able to award a $1,000.00 scholarship to a
graduating High School Senior in the AuSable Valley District who is going to study
Performing Arts in College.

This is director Kathy Rechia's third year producing "Scrooge" for the community.

This is the second year it's been held in the Upper Jay Upholstery Store, many thanks to Byron and Scott Renderer for use of their business.

This year we raised $678.00 for the Carlos Straight Memorial Scholarship and this will allow us to award a $1,000.00 check to a student in June of 2004.

Thanks also goes to Paul Johnston our Musical Director for the third year in a row.
